The purpose of Recruiter role:
• Recruitment & Selection
• End-to-end recruitment
• Understanding the requirement, develop the job description, develop innovative sourcing strategies.
• Internal and external job postings, head hunting, initial phone screening, short-listing profiles, conducting interviews.
• Negotiating & finalizing offers, conducting reference checks and regular follow-up with selected candidates till joining.
• To ensure Background Check activity & reference check for all the new hire is conducted.
• Generating and presenting recruitment MIS
Required Skills

• Fast learner capable of handling pressure
• Ability to handle multiple requirements independently.
• Computer savvy Experience in using Job portals, posting jobs.
• Exposure- industry specific, ability to lead a team.
• We are open for consultants with business development experience, who can develop and maintain clients independently.
• Salary is no constrained for the experience and eligible candidates.
• Salary for Fresher’s 10 k-12k + incentives (monthly and Quarterly)
